Played pond hockey for the first time. What a blast!We had a White Elephant Party on January 26th and a bunch of us went out on the pond to mix it up. My neighbor, Art, and I brought the snowblowers out there to start clearing a rink. Then a bunch of the guys started showing up and helped out.
The ice wasn't very smooth, so it was actually a disadvantage to wear skates. That worked out well for the majority of people because they didn't have skates, anyway.
Rink was approximately 50' x 80'
